Hugh has been twisting and tying balloons - Winnie the Pooh to Woody the Woodpecker and lots of other fun shapes - for more than a dozen years. Guaranteed he’ll keep you entertained while he crafts his balloon art.

The Balloon Man is always a favorite with children and adults alike. Look for the Balloon Man in the children’s area or near the gazebo.
